We are proud that the majority of our products are made upon order and created specifically for each customer.

Due to this, most returns are not possible but will be considered on a case-by-case basis such as with the item being defective or damaged during shipping. Exchanges and credit will be considered.

Rings will be resized once within 30 days at no extra charge except for shipping. It is highly recommended that you have your ring sized by a local jeweler prior to ordering. Online measuring systems are available but are not as accurate. Future ring sizing’s available upon request. Prices will vary.

Items with patina will wear over time as will the underlying metal. All of our pieces with patina options are made with this in mind and should age well. If you wish for the original patina to be reapplied in the future we will be happy to do so free with only a shipping fee.
